Essentials and Growth have a 12-month minimum term starting on the Start Date. After 12 months, the plan continues month-to-month until either party cancels with 30 days' written notice (email is fine).
Monthly plans are billed in advance each month by card through Stripe, starting on the Start Date. Own It is due in full before handoff. If a payment is more than 15 days late, we may pause the website until the account is current. Prices don't change during your first 12 months; after that we'll give you 30 days' notice of any change.
If you cancel a monthly plan before the 12-month minimum ends, you may either (a) keep the website by paying the lesser of the remaining monthly payments or the Own It price ($1,497), after which it is transferred to you; or (b) let us take the website down, with no further payments owed beyond the current month.
Your content. You own your business name, logo, photos, text you provide, and any domain registered in your name.
The website. On monthly plans, the website design and code are licensed to you while your plan is active. After 12 consecutive paid months, or when you pay the Own It price, ownership of the website transfers to you and we will provide the files on request.
Domains. If we register a domain for you, it will be registered in your business's name, or transferred to you on request once the website is yours.
Monthly plans include unlimited small edits (for example hours, prices, services, photos or text), each taking about 30 minutes or less, completed within 2 business days of your request. Larger projects (new pages beyond your plan, redesigns, integrations) are quoted in advance at $75/hour. Own It includes fixes for 30 days after launch; later changes are $75/hour.
You'll provide accurate business information and timely approvals, and you confirm you have the right to use any logos, photos and content you send us. You're responsible for how you respond to leads and customers.
We work to help your website attract calls and rank well, but search rankings, traffic, leads and revenue depend on factors outside our control (like Google). We don't guarantee specific results.
We use reputable third-party providers (for example Netlify, Cloudflare, Google and Stripe). We'll make reasonable efforts to keep your website online, but we aren't responsible for outages or changes caused by those providers.
To the extent allowed by law, BoltSite AI's total liability under this agreement is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect or lost-profit damages.
Either party may end this agreement if the other materially breaches it and doesn't fix the problem within 15 days of written notice. Sections 4, 5, 8 and 10 continue after the agreement ends.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. It is the entire agreement between us, and changes must be in writing (email is fine). Electronic acceptance, including completing checkout, is valid.
